Fortune Cookie Note for May 3, 2008

Today’s fortune cookie note reads:

“The difficulty is not on coming up with new ideas, but to undo the old ones.”

This phrase could not be more true within entrepreneurship. Though America is a nation of innovators, many people are not open to new ideas and new paradigms. Entrepreneurs are full of new ideas, but have a hard time selling those ideas to investors or customers. I think this fortune cookie drives the point home that an entrepreneur’s idea is insane up until the time the masses buy it and integrate it into their lives. If you have an idea to change the world, don’t give up on it because you never know what might happen.
